Potty Training

Our eldest Zhaun turned two on Oct 22 of 2007 so he is now 27 months old. We are about to embark into the daunting but exciting (I can't wait to be done with diapers!) world of potty training. I've done hours of research, but am nowhere close to developing a plan of action on how to go about this task. Any words of wisdom or experiences you've had would be sincerely appreciated!

Bedtime Routines

Ok, so a couple months ago I thought I had the whole bedtime thing figured out. Zhaun went to bed every night at the same time, no problems and even took his naps with ease. Then one day out of the blue, he refused to go to bed, learned to climb out of his crib and just started hated to sleep. This has been going on for about three months now and although we're starting to get back into a routine, I would love to hear what helps you to help your babies/toddlers sleep.

Top 5 List for New Baby

Hi Ladies,
As most of you know we're expecting a boy at the beginning of May :) I've been looking at the baby registry sites recently and I have to say it's a bit overwhelming. It's become clear already that there's a huge marketing machine telling me I "need" all of this stuff, and I don't "buy" it. So I thought I would poll you wonderful mommies for wisdom and advice. What are the top 5 things you would deem life-savers/time-savers for new life with baby? Or even if you can think of a few, I'd really appreciate it. If there are any other words of wisdom you have time to share, feel free ("reply all" if you wish so we can all glean).
